The sweet potato vines have been distributed so now we can introduce to you some of the beneficiaries for this year including Rose Chirwa.
This mother of three has been growing local sweet potato varieties for over 20 years but is looking forward to being part of the project.
She said, “I have heard lots about the orange-fleshed sweet potatoes from different community meetings and my friends. Now I get to try them.”
