We identify broken boreholes and shallow wells that need fixing. To date, we have repaired more than 900 broken boreholes in remote parts of Malawi.
One borehole supplies water to an average of 150 people several times a day each.
We help 100 community groups each year to grow guava, papaya, citrus, tamarind and avocado trees.Â
Each group grows 900 fruit trees, and the farming families benefit from the fruit and can sell any surplus to raise an income.
We work with more than 300 children living with disabilities. We provide one-on-one physiotherapy and group sessions.
Some achievements include helping children walk, talk, and feed themselves – all enhancing their independence and dignity.
We have established 474 Beach Village Committees who are protecting fish breeding grounds along 736km of shoreline.
A fishing closed season has been adopted and fishermen are using larger meshed gill nets and catching bigger fish.Â

Forests provide a vital habitat for animals and support people by purifying the air we breathe and regulating local temperatures. They also act as carbon sinks.
