Trees are growing

We introduced you to Katrina and her son Severiano in 2025, and we are delighted to share an update on how their trees are growing.

In their first year with us, they had planted 4,000 seedlings and these are growing brilliantly. Since then, the family have planted a further 3,000 trees, and this year they are raising 7,000 more seedlings.

Katrina said, “This is really helping our family fight deforestation and provide us with our own source of firewood. I want there to be trees for my grandchildren.”
