This term we have carried out audits with the teachers to find out how their pre-school’s can be improved and the areas each teacher is keen to have training in.
One training session that all of our teachers attended was a Hygiene Training session. Carried out with one of our healthcare volunteers, the demonstration used a UV Germ liquid. The teachers had never seen anything like this before and were amazed to see how it worked.
Each pre-school has received new storage containers and other cleaning materials to keep resources clean and ensure the children are able to properly wash their hands before their school meal is served.
