One of our Lead Volunteers is demonstrating the construction of a Changu Changu Moto fuel efficient cookstove to a keen house householder in Mzimba District, Malawi. This involves initial training and education on how to use and maintain the cookstove. The Volunteers will then conduct regular follow-up checks with each household to ensure consistent and proper usage, as well as maintenance of the cookstove. This is with thanks to funding from Dining For Women.
Recipients for the project are from rural communities, where our tree planting efforts are taking place because of the community’s demonstrated commitment to environmental conservation.
