Say hi to Massano! She has been a proud member of Katentere BVC (Beach Village Committee) for four years.
She shared how she has six children and seven grandchildren – and she cooks for all of them! Therefore, fish are important for feeding her family so she cares deeply about fish conservation.
Massano is also a farmer. She is growing vegetables, cassava and maize. She said, “I have a passion for teaching young children about conservation. My role as a BVC member has also helped women in my community feel empowered and motivated.”
