Our fuel-efficient cookstove teams are busy visiting households to make sure their cookstoves have not been affected by the rains. Not everyone has a kitchen so where needed, we are helping them to re-build their Changu Changu Moto cookstoves.
We have seen some householders build temporary kitchens to protect their cookstove as much as they can because they really value the benefits of cooking on their Changu Changu Moto.
The rain not only affects the cookstoves but also the journey for the team to get there. Here’s District Manager Getrude with Project Coordinator, Memory.
