We are ensuring that all of our Malawi based staff receive training on Safeguarding and Health and Safety.
Our teams based at Mwaya and Lowani were trained by Ripple Africa’s Human Resources Manager, Matilda Mwale and as part of the health and safety training, they learnt how they can protect themselves from any risks that they face as part of their work.
In the Safeguarding course, Matilda stressed the importance of safeguarding the people with whom we work and how to report any safeguarding issues that they come across.
