Morton Banda joined Ripple Africa in 2005 as a trainee teacher at Mwaya Primary School before being promoted to the role of assistant-Manager at Mwaya. He then became Mwaya Manager and has since managed many building projects including the construction of Mwaya Dispensary, Kapanda Secondary School and numerous classroom blocks and toilets at primary schools. He also oversees our Education and Healthcare projects with the support of Dan Shaba, assistant-Manager at Mwaya. As Ripple Africa celebrates 17 years this month, we are proud that Morton has been a key-part of our story for the past 15 years. Well done Morton.
