Another week, another new tree planting coordinator to meet. Joseph started with Ripple Africa in May and is supported by Area Manager Tiwonge.
It’s that time of year when all of the coordinators are busy teaching farmers to transplant tiny seedlings from the mother bed into tubes filled with soil so they can grow bigger.
Working with 72 farmers, Joseph has more training sessions to do but here he helping farmers in Luvili. He said, “I am enjoying my job because I like being with the community helping people.”
He certainly had these farmers focused and we look forward to seeing how the seedlings grow.
