Allumson is one of our Adult Education teachers and here he is teaching Sociology to Form 2 open school students.

Over the past couple of months, he has been supported by volunteer Ruth. She said, “The group meets for two hours three days a week for an English lesson followed by another topic. In English we have revised reading comprehension and how to answer questions fully, poetry techniques, narrative voice, different aspects of grammar, how to use a dictionary more effectively and pronunciation.”

She continued, “We have had great fun and the students are super engaged and really keen to learn so it’s been great fun and very rewarding and enjoyable teaching them.”
