This year’s tree planting farmers have received training on how to sow the seeds and manage their nurseries. This includes planting three seeds per planting tube and watering them twice a day – early morning and early evening.
The coordinators are supported on the training by their Tree Volunteers and Lead Farmers. The team them monitor the tree farmers to make sure they are confident in the task ahead.
