Rebuilding cookstoves

After our teams spent much of the rainy season visiting households to log how many cookstoves were affected by the wet weather, some of the teams are now working with these householders to mould bricks and help with the re-building, whilst others are concentrating on monitoring, verification and inspection of the cookstoves.

Rose (below right) had to replace her Changu Changu Moto fuel-efficient cookstove as her kitchen roof blew off during a storm causing damage to her cookstove. She has managed to replace the roof and re-build her cookstove.
