Another bespoke walker made for a disabled client in Malawi

Ping ping ping

It is not uncommon in our UK office for us to hear the constant ‘ping’ as our phones receive messages. Afterall, WhatsApp is the key channel of communication between our UK and Malawian teams.

It provides us with an instant connection (when the internet works!) to keep in touch. The teams send us updates and troubleshoot any issues, and of course, they send through lots of photos!

The other day Nikki’s phone pinged more than 20 times. The culprit? Loveness. But we were delighted to see how many children have received bespoke devices and new wheelchair tyres. Well done Loveness.
