John is from Chigalinga Village. As a small-scale farmer, he has always farmed to provide for his family but now he is looking forward to doing it on a commercial level.
He expressed an interest in becoming a multiplication farmer. Despite only having a small plot of land he is grateful for the opportunity.
John said, “At first it was a challenge, learning the best techniques, managing the soil, and ensuring healthy vine but now I am carefully making seed beds and nurturing my first batch of vines.”
