It is important for our teams to build relationships with the community they are working with to ensure that they can support them, and Maston prides himself on doing just this.
He said, “I like to build positive relationships with the project stakeholders and community members. Today, it was amazing to hear the clubs singing Ripple Africa is for community.”
Kadula Club were harvesting for the sixth time. Maston continued, “The project is about planting (fruit trees) and caring for them to have better fruits in the community. It was amazing to see some children harvesting soursop (a local fruit) and enjoying it. Their mother Jane is a member of the Community Club and she too was enjoying the fruit with her children.”
