Team work is key to success and Matilda who runs our Disabilities and Rehabilitation project has been working with two other organisations, MACOHA and LISAP.
Together we have provided nine children who have cerebral palsy with standing frames, crutches and corner seats.
It is not always easy to access specialist equipment in Malawi so our local carpenters create alternative options from wood which are then padded out with foam and fabric which can be washed.
Normally the carpenters leave the frames natural but this time decided to add a splash of colour to brighten them up!
Of the nine children receiving equipment, some are registered with Matilda whilst the others are supported by LISAP and MACHOA.
