As Country Director, Force has a lot to do – especially in recent years as our environmental projects have expanded.
We have a fantastic team and Force entrusts his Senior Management team to oversee their projects which allows him to travel to the different Districts in Malawi to monitor project progress and hear both the successes and challenges the teams might be facing.
This week Force was in Mzuzu and Jenda visiting our Tree Planting teams. The early morning start was worth it though as he was able to visit many tree farmers and see thousands of seedlings.
