Our Fruit Tree, Vegetable and Chicken project is run by Maston Mkandawire. We have shared many stories of the work he does with the Community Clubs but today we wanted to intrdouce you to Maston himself.
Married to Esther, the couple have three children – Faith, Glory and Success. The five of them live in Matete and after busy days out with the clubs, Maston comes home and practices what he preaches.
He has chickens and pigs, fruit trees growing including passionfruit and bananas, and they grow other crops too.
Maston’s enthusiasm and love for his work motivates the community clubs to work hard and achieve.
