Alice and Gift are desperate to provide a brighter future for their five children, and they hope to achieve this through farming.
However, they are not growing what they have always farmed but they are benefiting from our improved orange-fleshed sweet potato project and our fruit tree, vegetable and chicken project.
Gift has even bigger plans beyond growing enough food for his family. He is hoping that they will be one of this years multiplication farmers so that they can grow the vines which we then purchase and distribute in February time to new farmers.
